New Delhi, the 20th December 1973

S.O. 791(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) (Stock Exchange Division) No. S.O. 598(E), dated the 14th September, 1072, published at pages 1635 to 1636 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii), dated the 15th September, 1972, namely:—
