NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December 1973
G.S.R. 533 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ot the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Tamil Nadu Coarse Grains (Export Control) Order, 1964, namely:—
1, (1) This order may be called the Tamil Nadu Coarse Grains (Export Control) Amendment Order, 1973.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Tamil Nadu Course Grains (Export Control) Order, 1984 in clause 2, for sub-clause (b), the following sub-clause ahall be substituted, namely: —
"(b) "Coarse grains" mean any of the Coarse grains specified in the Schedule below and include products made therefrom including broken or flour of such grains."
