New Delhi, the 21st December 1973

S.O, 789(E)/18A/IDRA/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notified order or the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 5052/18/IDRA/69, dated the 26th December, 1969, namely :-

In the said Order, in paragraph 3, lot the words '"tour years", the words "five years" shall bo substituted.
