NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December 1973
S.O. 797 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commis- sions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food), No. S.O. 3180 dated the 28th September, 1970, namely: —
In paragraph 5 of the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "by the 31st December, 1973', the words, figures and letters "by the 28th February, 1974" shall be substituted.
