No. 40-ETC(PN)/73—Reference Public Notice No. 10-ETC(PN)/73 dated the 26th March, 1973, regarding export of carbonised lignite briquettes (Leco).
2. It is notified for information of the Trade that export of carbonised lignite briquettes (Leco) will remain outside the scope of canalisation through the Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation of India for a further period upto 31st December, 1974.

2. It has been decided that with effect from let January, 1974 and until further orders, export of "cotton handloom made-ups" including readymade garments [cotton handloom products (other than fabrics) under specified ICTA categories 28 to 64] to U.S.A. shall be licensed freely, on shipping bills (accompanied by firm contracts and certification documents, etc.) endorsed by the Cotton Textiles Export Promo- tion Council.
