NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31 st December 1973
G.S.R. 543(E).---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Council of Architecture (Second Amendment) Rules, 1973.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973—
(i) in sub-rule (2) of rule 23, the words "who shall also perform functions of the Returning Officer for this purpose" shall be omitted,
(ii) in sub-rule (1) of rule 25, the words "and he shall also perform the functions of Returning Officer for this purpose" Khali be omitted.
