ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st December 1973
S.O. 807(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Depart- ment of 'Industrial Development) No. S.O. 140/18A/IDRA/70, dated the 7th January 1970, read with the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 5587, dated 28th December, 1971, the management of the industrial undertaking known as Sri Ranga Vilas Ginning, Spinning and Weaving Mills Limited, Coimhatore, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to therein for a period of four years upto and inclusive of the 6th January, 1974;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public Interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of one year;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and Inclusive of the 6th January, 1975.
