NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December 1973
S.O. 809(E).—Inpursuance of sub-sections (i) and (2) of section 13AAof the Representation of the People Act, 1950, and in supersession of its notification No. 508/NL/73, dated the 26th June, 1973, the Election Commission in consultation with the Stale Government hereby:
(1) designates for each district in the State of Nagaland specified in column 1 of the Table below the officer specified against it in column 2 thereof as the District Election Officer for that district; and '
(2) specifies the area in respect of which each such officer exercise jurisdiction, in
column 3 of the table.
