S.O. 8l0(E).- -In exeicise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied thai it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 52-Customs, dated the 6th April, 1972, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(a) in the first paragraph, for the words "Peoples Republic of Southern Yemen'', wherever they occur, the words "Peoples Democratic Re- public of Yemen" shall be substituted;
