RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 1st January 1974

No. A.11013/E/l22/72-Ad.IV.—In supersession of the orders contained in their Resolution F- No. A.11013/E/122/72-Ad. IV, dated the 14th July, 1973, the Govern- ment of India have decided that the Tobacco Excise Tariff (Expert) Committee will submit its report to the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) before the ,30th June, 1974.

ORDER

Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned and that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
