G.S.R. 6(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4A of the Indian Tariff Act, 1934 (32 of 1934), the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment be made in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:—
In the said Schedule, in Item No. 26(i) Hides, skins and leather, tanned and untanned all sorts, but not including snake skins and manufactures of leather], for the entry "10 per cent, ad valorem" occurring in the third column, the entry "?0 per cent. ad valorem" shall be substituted,
