PRIZE INCENTIVE SCHEME FOR HOLDERS OF POST OFFICE SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT
No. F. 3 (31 ) -- NS / 73.- This Ministry's Notification No. F. 3 ( 11 ) -NS / 72 dated the 16th October, 1973 , as amended by subsequent notification dated 1st November , 1973 , is hereby further amended as under :-
1. For the existing Paragraph 1 , the following shall be substituted :-
Account holders , who have kept a balance of not less than Rs . 200/- , which qualifies for interest for the months of December 1973 to March 1974 , will be eligible for partici- pation in the draw for prizes to be held in or around July 1974. The following prizes will be awarded

2. Commencing from the financial year 1974-75 , there will be two draws in a year for the awar. ofthe prizes . The account holders of Post Office Savings Bank accounts having a minimum balance of not less than Rs . 200 /- are eligible to participate . The first of these draws will be held in January 1975 covering accourts having balarce of not less than Rs . 200 which qualifies for interest for the months of the first half year April to September 1974. The other draw will be held in July 1975 covering the accounts having balence of not less than Rs. 2cc/- which qualifies for interest for the months of the second half - year October 1974 to March 1975. Similar draws for award of prizes will be held in January and July of each subsequent year . There shall be 11,116 prizes in each draw for prizes as detailed below :-

डाकघर के बचत बैंक में खाता खोलने के लिये प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए इनामों की योजना
सं ० एफ० 3 ( 31) -एम० एस ०/ 73.-इस मंत्रालय की 16 अक्तूबर 1973 की अधिसूचना सख्या एफ० 3 ( 11 ) -एन ० एम ०/ 72 में जिसका संशोधन बाद में पहली नवम्बर 1973 की अधिसूचना द्वारा किया गया था एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधित किया जाता है :--
1. मौजूदा पैरा 1 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा रखा गया-
जिन लोगों के खातों में कम से कम 200 रुपये की ऐसी रकम जमा रही हो जिम पर दिसम्बर 1973 में मार्च 1974 तक के महीनों का ब्याज मिल सकता हो व जुला 1974 में या उसके आम पाम निकाले जाने वाले इनामों में भाग ले सकते हैं । ये पूरस्कार निम्नलिखित रूप में दिए जायेंगे :-

2. ये इनाम एक वर्ष में दो बार निकाले जायेंगे और यह 1974-75 के वित्तीय वर्ष से शुरू होंगे । डाकघर बचत बैंक में जिन लोगों के खाते में कम से कम 200/- रुपये की रकम रहेगी वे इसमें भाग ले सकेंगे । यह इनाम सबसे पहले जनवरी 1975 में निकाले जायेंगे और इनमें वे खाते शामिल होंगे जिनमें कम से कम 200/- रुपये की ऐसी रकम जमा रहेगी जिस पर अप्रैल से सितम्बर 1974 तक की पहली छमाही के महीनों का ब्याज मिल सकता हो । अगले इनाम जुलाई 1975 में निकाले जायेंगे और उनमें वे खाते शामिल होंगे जिनमें कम से कम 200/- रुपये की रकम ऐसी होगी जिस पर अक्तूबर 1974 से मार्च 1975 तक दूसरी छमाही के महीनों का ब्याज मिल सकता हो । यह इनाम इसके बाद हर साल जनवरी और जुलाई में निकाले जा रहेंगे । हर बार 11,116 इनाम होंगे जिनका त्र्यौरा नीचे दिया गया है :--

3. 16 अक्तूबर 1973 की अधिसूचना के पैरा 3 में '31 मार्च' के अंकों और शब्दों के प्रागें निम्नलिखित जोड़ा गया :--
"या 30 सितम्बर जैसी कि स्थिति हो । "
4. 16 अक्तूबर 1973 की उक्त अधिसूचना में में पैरा 7 हटा दिया गया ।
