SUBJECT .—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for 1973-74—Registration of export contracts (Amendment No. 83).
No. 17-ITC(PN)/14.—Attention is invited to the provisions pertaining to '"Registration of Export Contracts" as contained in paragraphs 56 to 64 of Part 'B', Section I of the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Vol. II) for April 1973— March 1974 as amended.
2. It has been decided that the aforesaid provisions will also apply to the cases covered by paragraph 5(b), Part 'B' of the above mentioned Rod Book, i.e. the con- tracts for supplies made by Indian firms against IBRD/IDA Aided Projects in India, when such supplies are made under the procedure of international competitive bidding, provided such contracts are registered in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
