SUBJECT .—Trade with Bangladesh during the period from 28th September. 1973 to 27th September, 1974.
No. 22-ITC(PN)/74.—Attention is invited to Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No, 116-ITC(PN)/73, dated the 16 th July, 1973 pertaining to trade with Bangla- desh during the period from 28th September, 1973 to 27th September, 1974.
2. In Annexure II to the said Public Notice, there is a provision tor exports of fruits and vegetables including potatoes, ginger and oranges to Bangladesh under Balanced Trade and Payments Arrangement. It is clarified that this provision is intended only for eligible exporters situated in the State of Meghalaya
