EXPORT 'TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT .—Export of Silver and Silver manufactures.
No. 8-ITC (PN)/74-—Reference Export Trade Control Order, No. E (C)O, I968/AM(119) dated 19-2-1974.
2. In supersession of all previous instructions, it has been decided that export of tub items(a) to (c) of item No. 12 of Part 'B' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control), Order, 1968 shall be 'regulated as under:—
(a) Silver Bullion, Silver sheets and plates
which have not undergone any process (i) Licensed freely but no export will of manufacture subsequent to rolling. be allowed on consignment basis.
(6) Silver salts, silver chemicals and compounds (ii) Silver Zari goods are not controlled with more than 50 per cent silver contents. for purpose of export.
