No. DRAWBACK / PN - 5 / 74.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 /F . No. 602/2 / 70 - DBK, published In the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 25th August . 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 , dated the 15th October , 1971 : -

सं ० प्रति श्रवायणी/ पी० एम०-5/ 74. सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिभ्रदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधि- सूचना सं ० 52 / फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70--प्र ० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/पी० एन ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :--

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी/ १० एन ० 6/74. सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली , 1971, ( भारत के राजपत्त्र, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70 -प्र० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/पी ० एन ० 1, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है: --
उपक्रमांक 5007 तथा तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उपक्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अंतः स्थापित की जायेंगी: --

इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होने पर उपयुक्त माल के संबंध में अलग अलग निर्माण-कर्ता/ निर्यातकर्णा के लिये निर्धारित सभी ब्रांड दरें समाप्त कर दी जायेंगी ।
