NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd March 1974

S.O. 203(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Tractors (Price Control) Order, 1967, the Central Government hereby fixes, with immediate . effect, Rs. 39,155 to be the sale price for the agricultural tractor known as HWD-50 Hindustan (50 HP), and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Heavy Industry S.O. No. 723(E), dated the 1st December, 1973 (as subsequently amended), namely:—

In the schedule attached to the said notification, after the entry relating to serial No, 11, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely;—
