PUBLIC NOTICE
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 28th March 1974
SUBJECT. Scheme for the licencing of mill- made / handloom cotton blouses , shirts , jackets and bedlinen for export to Sweden during the period upto 30th September , 1974 .
No. 14 - ETC ( PN ) /74.-Reference is invited to Public Notice No. 7 - ETC ( PN ) / 74, dated 1-2-1974 on the above subject . The said Public Notice is amended as under :-
(1) Paragraph 2 of the above Public Notice shall be substituted by the aragraph following:
"Licences under this Scheme shall be issued by the Office of the Jt. Chief Controller of Imports and Exports , Bombay , Calcutta , Delhi and Madras on the basis of the quota certificates issued by the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council , Bombay and its representatives stationed at Calcutta , Delhi and Madras , on the recommendations of the Sweden Textiles Licensing Advisory Committee . "

(2) Paragraph 3 of the above Public Notice shall be substituted by the following: -
"Licences shall be valid for shipment from Ports at Bombay , Calcutta , Delhi and Madras . "
(3 ) In paragraph 4 and 6 of the above Public Notice, the words "the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council , Bombay " shall be substituted by the following words :- "the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council , Bombay , or its Regional Offices at Calcutta , Delhi and Madras . "
(4) Paragraph 10 of the above Public Notice shall be substituted by the following:-
" The addresses of the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council , Bombay and its Regional Offices at Calcutta , Delhi and Madras are as follows:-
(i ) Engineering Centre , 5th Floor , 9 , Mathew Road , Bombay - 400004 .
(ii ) 14 / 1 - B , Ezra Street , Calcutta - 700001 .
(1li ) 104 , Akash Deep , 26 - A, Barakhamba Road , New Delhi - 110001 .

विषय . -- 30 सितम्बर , 1974 के दौरान मिल निर्मित/हथकरघा सूती ब्लाउजों, कमीजों, जैक्टों और बेडलाइनेन का स्वीडन को निर्यात करने के लिए लाइसेंस देने के लिए योजना ।
सं ० 14- ई ० टी ० सी० पी ०एन ० ) / 74. उ:र्युक्त विषय पर , सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या 7- ई ०टी ० सी ० ( पी ० एन ० ) / 74 , दिनांक 1-2-74 की ओर ध्यान दिलाया जाता है । उक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना को इस प्रकार संशोधित किया जाता है
( 1 ) उपर्युक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना की कंडिका 2 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा:-
"इस योजना के अन्तर्गत लाइसेंस सूती वस्त्र निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद्, बम्बई द्वारा जारी किए गए कोटा प्रमाण - पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर संयुक्त मुख्य नियंत्रक, आयात-निर्यात बम्बई , कलकत्ता , दिल्ली और मद्रास के कार्यालय द्वारा जारी किया जायगा और कलकत्ता , दिल्ली और मद्रास में स्थित इसके प्रा. निधियों द्वारा स्वीडन वस्त्र लाइसेंस सलाहकार समिति की सिफारिश पर जारी किया जायगा । "
( 2 ) उपर्युक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना की कंडिका 3 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा
"लाइसेंस बम्बई , कलकत्ता , दिल्ली और मद्रास के पत्तनों पर पोतलदान के लिए वध होंगे । " 311 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART I-SEC . 1 ]
( 3 ) उपर्युक्त सार्व तनिक सूचना की कंडिका 4 और 6 में आए हुए शब्दः-
"सूती वस्त्र निर्यात संत्रर्धेन परिषद् बम्बई" को निम्नलिखित शब्दों द्वारा प्रति- स्थापित किया जायगा:-
"सूती वस्त्र निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद् बम्बई या कलकता , दिल्ली और मद्रास के इसके क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय । "
( 4 ) उपर्युक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना की कंडिका 10 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायगा
"सूती वस्त्र निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद् बम्बई और कलकता, दिल्ली तथा मद्रास इसके क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों के पत्ते निम्नलिखित हैं:-
( 1 ) इंजीनियरिंग सेन्टर 5 वीं मंजिल , 9 , मंथ्यू रोड , बम्बई-400004 .
(2) 14/1 -बी, एजरा स्ट्रीट, कलकत्ता-700001 .
(3 ) 104, श्राकाश दीप , 26- ए , बाराखम्बा रोड , नई दिल्ली-110001 .
( 4) 330, थम्बू चेटी स्ट्रीट, मद्रास -600001 .
