NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th April 1974
G.S.R. 200(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), read with rule 4 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri N. Narasimha Rau, IAS to be the managing director of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act, for a period of two years with effect from, the afternoon of 11th March, 1974 in the place of Shri J. A. Dave, and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. No. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely:—
In the said notification, for item (5) and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"(5) Shri N. Narasimha Rau. IAS".
