NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st May 1974
G.S.R. 247 (E).—Whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government has nominated the Director, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, as the Chairman of the Registration Committee for a period of three months from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette vice the Deputy Director- General (Crop Sciences), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 5 of the said Act, the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture), No. G.S.R. 1542, dated the 13th October, 1971, namely:—
In the said notification under the heading 'Chairman', against item (i), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: —
"The Director, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi".
