G.S.R. 259(E)/Ess.Com./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, and having regard to various factors mentioned under sub-clause (i) thereof, the Central Government, after consultation with such authorities, bodies and associations as ore considered necessary toy it to be consulted, hereby, on the basis of the basic minimum price of sugarcane at Rs. 8.00 per quintal linked to a recovery of 8.6 per cent or below, with a premium of 9.4 palse per quintal (or every 0.1 per cent increase in recovery above 8.5 per cent, fixes the minimum price that shall be payable by the owner of the vacuum can process sugar factory, Kichha Sugar Company Limited. Kichha, District Nainital or his agents, for sugarcane delivered at the gate of his factory or at any purchasing centre and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 460 (E)/ESS. Com./Sugarcane, dated the 29th September, 1973, namely.—
In the Schedule to the said notification, under the heading 'Utter Pradesh', after Serial Number 73 and the entries relating thereto, the follow- ing Serial Number and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
