NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st May 1974
G.S.R. 2G6(E).—Whereas in pursuance of clause (xx) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government has nominated Director, Central Public Health Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur, as a member of the Central Insecticides Board vice Dr. S. H. Zaidi;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Agriculture) No. G.S.R. 301, dated the 27th February, 1971, namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading 'Members Nominated', against item (xvi), for the entry the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
