SUBJECT.—IMPORT Policy for Registered Exported for April 1974—March 1975—Regis- tration of export contracts.
No. 85-ITC(PN)/74.—Attention is invited to the import policy for Registered Exporters lor April 1974—March 1975 as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Vol, II) published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 44-ITC(PN)/74, dated 2-4-1974.
2. The following may be added at the end of para 62, Part 'B' Section I of the aforesaid Red Book; —
"In respect of contracts entered into on or alter 1-4-1974, these provisions will be subject to the facility granted under sub-para 58(ii) above."
