NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th June 1974
G.8.R. 274(E)/IDRA/30/1/74/10.—Whereas certain draft rules further to amend the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings Rules, 1952, was pub- lished as required by sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Industries (Development and [Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), at pages 285-286 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, sub-section (i) dated the 19th February, 1974, under the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development, No. G.S.R. 42(E)/IDRA/30/l/74, dated the 19th February, 1974, inviting objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette;
And whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on the 22nd February, 1974;
And whereas no objections and suggestions have been received by the Central Government.
1296 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PAUT JI—SHC. 3(0] 2. In rule 7 of the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings Rules,1952 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules),— (i) sub-rules (2) and (2A) shall be omitted, (ii) in sub-rule (3), the proviso shall be omitted.
3. From D(I), Form D(II), Form E, Form E(I), Form E(II), Form EE, appended to the said rules shall be omitted.
