ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th June 1974
G.S.R. 279(E)/Ess. Com./Sugar:—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955). the Centra] Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugar (Price Determination for 1973-74 Production) Order, 1973 namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be CALLED the Sugar (Price Determination for 1973-74 Production) Sixth Amendment Order, 1974.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In schedule II to the Sugar (Price Determination for 1973-74 Production) Order, 1973 under the heading 'Karnataka', after serial number 14 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:—
