NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26 June 1974
G.S.R. 282 (E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (m) of section 2 of the Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1973 (26 of 1973), and in partial modification of the notification of the Go- vernment of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines, Department of Mines, No. G.S,R. 311(E), dated the 12th June 1973, the Central Government hereby specifies the date mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as the specified date for the purpose of the provisions of the Act specified against such date in the corresponding entries in column (1) of the said Table.
