ORDER
New Delhi, the 27th June 1974
S.O. 391(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1073. (18 of 1973), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely :—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Delhi School Education (Removal of difficulties) Order No. 2.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 1974.
2. For a period of one hundred and twenty days from the date of the com- mencement of this Order, the procedure followed immediately before such commencement with regard to payment of pay and allowances, pension and gratuity, re-imbursement of medical bills, accounting of provident fund and payment of other allowances shall be followed,
