ORDER
New Delhi, the 28th June, 1974
S.O. 396 (E)/IDRA/i8-G/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section l8-G and section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely :—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Fourth Amendment) Order, 1974.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
