MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
ORDER
New Delhi the 28th, June, 1974
S.O. 397 (E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 2826/18A/IDRA/69, dated the 9th July, 1969, read with the-Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No, S.O. 2542, dated the 8th July, 1971, and the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 363 (E),dated the 30th June, 1973, the management of the undertaking known us Digvijay Spinning and Weaving Co. Ltd.," Bornbay, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of the 8th July 1974 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period upto and inclusive of the 8rh July, 1975:
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 ("65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 8th July, 1975.
