MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
ORDER
New Delhi, the 28th June 1974
S. O. 398 (E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development Internal Trade and Company Affairs ("Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 2622/18A/IDRA/69, dated the 25th Tune, 1969; read with the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 2299, dated the 2nd July, 1970 and No. S.O. 458(E), dated the 3rd Ju1y, 1972, the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as the Om Parasakthi Mills Limited, Coimbatore had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of the 4th July, 1974 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of one year ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers c o n f e r r ed by the provise to sub-section (Sub-section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 4th July, 1975.
