New Delhi , the 29th June 1974
Ο . 402 ( E ) /18FB/IDRA/74.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of in the Ministry of Industrial Development ( Department of Industrial ment) No.S.O. 200 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA / 73 , dated the 5th April, 1973 ( herein- ferred to as the s..id Order ) , the Central Government in exercise of the conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Develop- Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) declared that the operation of all or contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards , or ments in force immediately before the publication of the said Order Gazette to which the Industrial undertaking known as the Refractory amgarh in Hazaribagh District in the State of Bihar belonging to Sillimanite Limited is a Party or which may be applicable to the undertaking , shall remain suspended upto the 30th June, 1973 and eges , oligations and Habilities accruing or arising thereunder aie shall remain suspended upto the 30th June, 1973.

And whereas the Central Government in the Ministry of Industrial Develop- ment ( Department of Industrial Development ) by Orders No. S.O. 362 ( E ) / IDRA / 73 dated the 30th June , 1973 , No. S.O. 452 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA / 73 , dated the 30th August , 1973 and No. S.O. 796 ( E ) / 18FB/ IDRA/ 73 , dated the 28th December , 1973 , extended the duration of the said Order upto the 31st August , 1973 , 31st December , 1973 and upto the 30th June , 1974 , respectively ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended further upto the 31st December , 1974 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) , read with sub - section ( 2 ) , of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regula- tion ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto the 31st December . 1974 .

का० प्रा० 402 ( अ ) / 18 एफ ० बी० / आई ० डी० श्रार ० ए ० / 74----यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के औद्योगिक विकास मन्त्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का० था ० 200 ( ई ० ) / 18 एफ बी/ आई ० डी० श्रार ० ए / 73 तारीख 5 अप्रैल, 1973 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा यह घोषणा की थी कि राजपत्ता में उक्त आदेश के प्रकाशन के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त सभी या कोई संविदा , सम्पत्ति के हस्तांतरणपत्र, करार, परिनिर्धारण अधिनिर्णय , या अन्य लिखित जिसका , जो बिहार राज्य में जिला हजारोब में. रामगढ़ के निकट रीफ़ेक्टरी प्लांट नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम , पक्षकार है या जो उक्त है. उपक्रम को लागू किए जा सकते हैं , 30 जून , 1973 तक निलम्बित रहेंगे और उक्त तारीख के । अधीन प्रोद्भूत होने वाले या उद्भूत होने वाले सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार , पद्धतियां श्रौ 30 जून, 1973 तक निलम्बित रहेंगे ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय (श्रौद्योगिक विक प्रादेश संख्या का ० आ ० 362 (ई० ) आई डी आर ए / 73 , तारीख 30 जून , 1973 , सं (ई० )/ 18 एफबी / आई डी श्रार ए/ 73 , तारीख 30 अगस्त, 1973 और सं ० का 18 एफ. बी/ आई डी आर ए / 73, तारीख 28 दिसम्बर , 1973 द्वारा उक्त

और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो चुका है कि उक्त आदेश को अवधि 31 दिमम्बर, 1974 तक के लिए और बढ़ा दी जाए ।
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विक्राम और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठिन उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त आदेश की अवधि 31 दिमम्बर , 1974 तक के लिए बढ़ाती है । -
