SUBJECT. Import Policy for the year 1pril 1974- March 1975 .
No. 107 - ITC ( PN ) /74.-Attention is invited to the import policy as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book- Vol . I ) for the period April 1974-March 1975.
2. The following amendments shall be made at the appropriate places in the Import Trade Control Policy ( Red Book- Vol 1 ) for the period April 1974-March 1975:-

आयात व्यापार नियन्त्रण नई दिल्ली , 30 जुलाई , 1974 विषय. अप्रैल ,1974 मार्च 1975 वर्ष के लिए आयात नीति । संख्या 107- आई ० टो ० सो० ( पी० एम ० )/ 74.-अप्रैल 1974 मार्च 1975 वर्ष की श्रामात व्यापार नियंत्नग नीति ( रेड बुक वा०-1) में तथा निहित आयान नीति को ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. निम्नलिखित संशोधन अप्रैल, 1974- मार्च, 1975 की अवधि के लिए प्रायात व्यापार नियंत्रण नीति ( रेडबुक वा०- 1 ) में उचित स्थानों पर किए आएं:-

निम्नलिखित नई टिप्पणी को शामिल किया गया समझा जायेः- " ( 2 ) पीतल के बर्तनों के विनिर्माताओं को इस मव के आयात की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । "
"निम्नलिखित वाक्य को टिप्पणी के अन्त में जोड़ा गया समझा जाए:-

कालम 4 52 बंब 2 , क्रम संख्या 48/4 वर्तमान टिप्पणी ( 1) ,( 2 ) और ( 3 ) को निम्नलिखित टिप्पणियों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया गया समझा जाएः- " ( 1 ) खाद्य पदार्थों जैसे मिठाई , हींग , शराब , औषध- रसायन के विनिर्माण के लिए वास्तविक उपयोक्ताओ की जरूरतों की पूति सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र अधिकरण के माध्यम में आयात कर ली जाएगी । कृपया इस रैड बुक का खंड-3 देखें ।
( 2) उपर्युक्त टिप्पणी ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाली मदों से भिन्न इस मथ के श्रायात की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । "
