NOTIFICATION

New Delhi the '30th July 1974

S.O. 460 (E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section ) of the H o m e o p a t hy Central Council Act 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints,

(a) the 1s August 1974 as the date on which the provisions of chapter I section 1 and chapter V of the said Act shall come into force in the whole of India:

(to) the 1st August 1974, as the date an which the provisions of sections 3 to II (both inclusive) and section 13 to 15 (both inclusive) of the said Act shall corne into force in all the States (except the States of Haryana, Himachal Pradehh, Jammu and Kashmir Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Punjub and Tripura) and in the Union terri- tories of Chandigarh and Delhi.
