S.O. 467 ( E ) .-In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the names of the candidates elected to fill the seats in the Council of States of certain members retiring on the 1st August , 1974 , on the expiration of their term of office , are published for general information:-

"In pursuance of the provisions contained in section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , read with clause ( a ) of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 84 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 , I declare that;
1. Shri Parbhu Singh , House No. 114 , Krishna Colony , Ward No. 16 , Bhiwani City , District Bhiwani
2. Shri Sultan Singh , Village Nizampur Majra , P.O , Farmana , Tehsil and District Sonepat
have been duly elected to fill the seats in that House of the two members retiring on the 1st August , 1974 on the expiration of their term of office .

फा०८१० 467 ( श्र ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में , निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसमें पदावधि की समाप्ति पर 1 अगस्त , 1974 को निवृत्त होने वाल कतिपय सदस्यों के राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थानों को भरने के लिये निर्वाचित अभ्यर्थियों के नाम दिए गए है , सवसाधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित की जाती है :--

" निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, 1961 के नियम 84 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के माथ पठित , लोक सभा प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 66 के उपबंधों के अनमरण में , मैं घोषित करता हूं कि अपनी पदावधि की समाप्ति पर 1 अगस्त, 1974 को निवृत्त होने वाले दो सदस्यों के , उम सदन में , स्थानों को भरने के लिये-
