S.O. 469(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section(i) of section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973) read with paragraph" 1 of the First Schedule to the Said Act, the Central Government hereby determines that the number of scats allocated in the Central Council of Homoeopathy shall be as specified in column 2 of the Table below in respect of the States and Union Territory specified in the corresponding entries in column 1 of the said Table.
