S.O. 478(E)—In pursuance of rule 27 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Rules, 1974, the Election Commission hereby appoints 20 August, 1974 (Tuesday) as the day on which and 11.30 A.M. of that day as the time at which the counting of votes at the Presidential election 1974 shall take place in the office of the Returning Officer (Room No. 63, First Floor of the Parliament House ) in Now Delhi.
