No. DRAWBACK/PN-28/74.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F- No. 602/2/7o-DBK published in the Gazette of India Extra Ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the table published in the Public Notice No. Drawback/PN-I dated the 15 th October, 1971:—
(1) For Sub-Serial No. 3617 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substi- tuted, namely:—

Rs.. 303.15 (Rupees three hundred three and paise fifteen only) per tonne. Rs. 326.50 (Rupees three hundred twenty six and paise fifty only) per tonne.
(2) In the existing sub-item (c) of Sub-Serial No. 3640 the word 'Wires' may be deleted.
