New Delhi , the 8th August 1974
S.O. 484 ( E ) --In pursuance of sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Frices Control ) Order , 1970 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum , Chemicals , Mines and Metals ( Department of Mines and Metals) No. S.O. 1873 , dated the 18th May , 1970 , namely:-
In the Table annexed to the said Order , in column ( 2 ) -
(a) against serial No. 3 , for the letters , figures and word " Rs . 72.70 per Kg. " , the letters figures and word " Rs , 90.70 per Kg. " shall be substituted;
(b) against serial No. 4, for the letters , figures and word " Rs . 58.89 per Kg ." , the letters figures and word " Rs . 102.00 per Kg . " shall be substituted;
(c) against serial No. 6 , for the letters , figures and word " Rs . 295,00 per Kg. " , the letters figures and word "Rs . 343.00 per Kg. " , shall be substituted;

(d) against serial No. 7 , for the letters , figures and word "Rs . 455.31 per Kg . " , the letters figures and word " Rs . 662.00 per Kg . " , shall be substituted;
(e) against serial No. 11 , for the letters , figures , words and brackets "Rs . 80.40 per Kg . ( for production from basic stage ) and Rs . 79.94 per Kg . (for others ) " , the letters , figures , words and brackets "Rs . 115.50 per Kg. ( for production from basis stage ) and Rs . 96.00 per Kg. ( for pro duction from imported intermediate - 8 - Hydroxy - quinoline ) " shall be substituted;
( f ) against serial No. 16 , for the letters , figures and word "Rs . 46.18 per Kg . " , the letters , figures and word "Rs . 53.29 per Kg . " , shall be substituted;
(g ) against serial No. 17 , for the letters , figures and word " Rs . 56,09 per Kg." , the letters , figures and word "Rs . 64.09 per Kg . " shall be substi- tuted;
(h ) against serial No. 18. for the letters , figures and word "Rs . 14,266.21 per Kg." the letters , figures and word Rs 17,100.00 per Kg . " shall be substituted .

का० प्रा ० 484 ( प्र) ( मूल्य नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1970 के परा 4 के उप -पैरा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व पैट्रोलियम, रसायन, खान और धातु मंत्रालय ( खान और धातु विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या का श्र ० 1873 , तारीख 18 मई, 1970 में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश से उपाबद्ध सारणी में , स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में -
(क) क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने " 72.70 रुपये प्रति किलो " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 90.70 रुपये प्रति किलो" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(ख ) क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने " 58.89 रुपये प्रति किलो" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 102 रुपये प्रति किलो " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(ग ) क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने " 295 रुपये प्रति किलो " भंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 343 रुपये प्रति किलो" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
( घ ) क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने " 455.31 रुपये प्रति किलो " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 662 रुपये प्रति किलो " अंक और शब्द रख जाएंगे ;
( ङ) क्रम संख्या 11 के सामने " 80.40 रुपये प्रति किलो ( आरम्भिक स्थिति से उत्पादन के लिए ) तथा 75.94 रुपये प्रति किलो ( अन्य के लिए ) " अंकों, शब्दों और कोऽऽहों के स्थान पर " 115.50 हाने प्रति किनो ( आरम्कि स्थिति THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

से उत्पादन के लिए ) और 96 रुपये प्रति किलो ( मायातित मध्यवर्ती - 8- हाई ड्राक्सी-क्विनोलाईन से उत्पादन के लिए ) " अंक , शब्द भीर कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
( च) क्रम संख्या 16 के सामने " 46. 18 रुपये प्रति किलो" भंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 53.29 रुपये प्रति किलो" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(छ ) क्रम संख्या 17 के सामने " 56.09 रुपये प्रति किलो" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 64.09 रुपये प्रति किलो" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(ज ) क्रम संख्या 18 के सामने " 14,266.21 रुपये प्रति किलो" भंकों प्रौर शब्दों के स्थान पर " 17,100 रुपये प्रति किलो" भंक भोर शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
