ORDER
New Delhi, the 8th August 1974
S.O. 485(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Drugs (Prices Control) Amendment Order, 1974.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In paragraph 25 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1070—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1) for the words "any drug manufacturing unit or a class of such units' , the words "a class of drug manufacturing units" shall be substituted;
