New Delhi , the 23rd August 1974
No. DII - 451 ( 16/5 )/73 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the United Nations ( Privileges and Immunities ) Act , 1947 ( 46 of 1947 ) , the Central Gov- ernment hereby declares that the provisions contained in the Notification of even number dated the 30th August , 1973 and subsequently extended vide Notification of same number dated the 23rd February , 1974 , published in the Gazette of India , Part III , Section 2, shall continue to apply to the International Committee of the Red Cross and its delegates for a further period of six months .

सं० को बो-451 ( 16/5 ) / 73 .--संयुक्त राष्ट्र ( विशेषाधिकार एवं उन्मुक्तियां) अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 46 ) धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदन्न अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुये केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है कि भारत राजपत्त्र के भाग तीन खण्ड दो में प्रकाशित समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 30 अगस्त, 1973 के प्रावधान , जिसकी अवधि बाद में 23 फरवरी , 1974 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना द्वारा बढ़ाई गई थी , अंतर्राष्ट्रीय रेष्ठ क्रास समिति और इसके प्रतिनिवियों पर आगामी छह माह की अवधि के लिये लागू रहेगे ।
