G.S.R. 379(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amend- ments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (De- partment of Revenue and Insurance) No. 136-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1967, namely:—
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after serial No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—
"8. MCPA 2-methyl 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid, its esters and salts.
9. HETP Hexa-ethyl tetraphosphate and tetraethylpyro phosphate hut and excluding "Malathion". TEPP
10. Aldrin 1. 2, 3, 4, 10, 10-Hexachloro-l, 4, 4a, 5, 8, 8a-hexa-hydio-l, 4-endo, exo-5, 8-dimelhano-naphthalene.
11. Chlordano 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 8-Ocia chloro 3a, 4, 7, 7a-tetra-hydro-4, 7.
methano-indane.
12. Endrin 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 10-Hexaehloro-6, 7-epoxy 1, 4, 4'a. 5, 6, 7,
