NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th September 1974
G.S.R. 401(E).—Whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Insecti- cides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government has nominated the Deputy Director-General (Crop Sciences), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, as (he Chairman of the Registration Committee with immediate' effect vice the Director, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 5 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture), No. G.S.R. 1542, dated the 13th October, 1971 namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading "Chairman", against item (i), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—•
"The Deputy Directory-General (Crop Sciences), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi".
