S.O. 621 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred, by section 39 of the Indus- trial Disputes Aft, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby directs that the power exercisable by it under sub-section (1) of section 34 of the said Act, shall, in respect of offences punishable under Chapter VI of the said Act, be exercisable also by the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) I, Bombay, in the State of Maharashtra,
