NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th November 1974
G.S.R. 457(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Com- modities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, namely:—
1. (1) This order may he called the Fertiliser (Movement Control) (Fourth Amend- ment) Order, 1974-
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, after Serial number 40 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:—

(2)
"41 M/s Andhra Fertiliser (Private) Limited,
Taderpalli, Andhra Pradesh."
