SUBJECT.—Extension of time-limit for production of Landing Certificates under

Indo-Afghan Trade Arrangement 1973-74.

No 176-ITC(PN)/74.—Attention is invited to Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 114-ITC(PN)/74, dated the 8th August, 1974, as amended by Public Notice No. 128-ITC(PN)/74, dated the 31st August, 1974, in terms of which the last date for submission of Landing Certificates in respect of goods despatched by Sea/Land route was prescribed as 30th November, 1974.

2 In terms of Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 134-ITC(PN)/74, dated the 12th September, 1974, the last date for fulfilment of counter-export obligation in. required proportion under the Indo-Afghan Trade Arrangement, 1973-74, has been extended to 31st December, 1974. It has now been decided that in respect of counter-export obligation due to be fulfilled upto 31st December, 1974 the last date for submission of Landing Certificates in respect of goods despatched by Sea/Land route would be 28th February, 1975.
