An Act to amend the Small Coins ( Offences ) Act , 1971
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty- fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows: ---

1. This Act may be called the Small Coins ( Offences ) Amendment Short Act, 1974 .

2. In section 1 of the Small Coins (Offences ) Act, 1971 , sub - section Amend- (2) shall be omitted.
