NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th January 1975

S.O. 14(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 6 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, I, S. V, Sampath, Vegetable Oil Products •Controller for India hereby rescind, with the prior concurrence of the Central Govern- ment, the following notifications of the Government, of India in the late Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food), namely:—

(1) S.O, 366(E), dated the 15th June 1974, and

(2) S.O. 393(E), dated the 27th June 1974.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 5lh January, 1975,[No. 6-VP(l)/74] S. V, SAMPATH. Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India. ( 149 )
