SUBJECT.—Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure, 1974-75—Grace Period.
No. 1-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the provisions regarding "Grace Period' as contained in para 254 in Chapter XI of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure. 1974-75, published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 45-rrC(PN)/74, dated the 2nd April, 1974.
2 It is clarified that, subject to the provisions made in the said para 254, the grace period of 60 days as provided therein will apply to all import licences which expire on or after 1st April, 1974 including those issued prior to 1st April, 1974.
