S.O. 15(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 20 of the Unit Trust of India Act, 1963 (52 of 1963) read with sub-clause (ii) of clause (4BBB) of section 17 of the Reserve Bant of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. S.O. 605 (E), dated the 10th October. 1974, published at page 2047 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) dated the 10th October, 1974 namely:--In the said notification for the words "five crores of rupees'" the words "ten crores of rupees" shall be substituted.
