S.O. 16 (E ) . In pursuance of the provisions of section 21 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , and in supersession of the Commission's Notification No. 434 / GOA / 64 ( 1 ) , dated the 19th May , 1965 , the Election Commission hereby designates , in consultation with the Government of Goa , Daman and Diu , the Collector of Goa , Panaji , to be the Returning Officer for each of the Parliamentary Constituencies in the Union Territory of Gon ,Gon, Daman and Diu , as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Notification No. 282/ GD/ 74 , datdated the 15th April , 1974 .

गोवा , पणजी को , परिसीमन आयोग द्वारा अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 282 / गोबा/ 74 , तारीख 15 अप्रैल, 1974 द्वारा यथा अवधारित गोवा , दमण और दीव संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के हरेक संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए रिनिंग आफिसर के रुप में एतद्वारा पदाभिहित करता है ।

S.O. 17 (E) . In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , and in supersession of its Notification No. 434 / GOA / 70 (2 ) , dated the 22nd January , 1971 , as amended from time to time, the Election Commission hereby appoints cach of the Officers of Government , 'as specified in column 2 of the Table below , as Assistant Returning Officer of the Parlia- mentary Constituency in the Union Territory of Goa , Daman and Diu as determined by the Delimitation Commission in its Notification No. 282 / GD / 74 , dated the 15th April , 1974 , and specified in column 1 of the said table against such Officer , in the perform- ance of the functions of such Returning Officer : -

का० प्रा० 17 ( श्र) . लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा समय समय पर यथा संशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 434/गोवा/ 70 ( 2 ) तारीख 22 जनवरी , 1971 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक सरकारी श्राफिसर को ऐस सरकारी आफीसर के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट तथा परिसीमन आयोग द्वारा अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 282/ गोवा/ 74 तारीख 15 अप्रैल , 1974 द्वारा यथा अवधारित गोवा , दमण और दीव संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग आफिसर को उसके कृत्यों के पालन में सहायता करने के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में एतद्वारा नियुक्त करता है ।
